Lots of oil where the spark plugs are and it seems to have also lost power. My first thought is blown motor or bad piston rings. The car will full boost at 15psi and it somewhat pulls but not like it should. Another thing I noticed was oil in the intercooler piping under the bov. And lastly ill hear a short wine in the beggining of spool up and have read that is a symptom of a blown turbo, could that be it? My mods are 3' turbo-back greddy type-rs bov safc-2 untuned and intake.

Boost leak test for the rough idle...check for shaft play on the turbo...if the turbo is fine, do a compression test and a leak down test. Could be leaky valves for the white smoke.

then im burning shit loads of coolant....what should I do to find out for sure whats going on

to be sure that your burning coolant make sure that your losing coolant. oil in valve cover could be the valve cover gasket or oil fill cap gasket. Now the wining in the turbo could be a cracked manifold too thats what was wrong with my turbo. But to be sure to check the shaft play in the turbo.

The oil in the intercooler pipes is normal since you probably still have the blow by going into the intake tube.

ok well what if im not losing coolant what else could white smoke out exhaust mean. Also the car has no power its so0 slow. And if im at low rpm but go into boost I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor that cant be good either.

The seals around the exhaust or intake can be worn out so the oil leaks down into the cylinder. You still haven't gotten back to me on the shaft play of the turbo. Take a whiff of the smoke and it'll tell you whether it's coolant or oil. Oil stinks and coolant's sweet when burned. Check your fluids. Are you losing coolant or oil? The knocking sound could be anything but if it's under boost, my first guess would be detonation.

no im not losing enough coolant for me to think its the headgasket but im burning lots of oil. The exhaust fumes dont smell like burnt coolant. Im thinking bad turbo seal? No shaft play.

correction there is shaft play...that explains alot. Thanks for the help crimson. I think it might be due to the fact that im boosting 15psi with a 17psi spike on stock fuel with the t-25. I have a 3inch downpipe and thats whats causing the spike but I dont want to change it to 2.5 inch. Should a bigger O2 housing and manifold fix the spike?
