oil leak onto down pipe

i recently got back into a 96gst and it has 3 oil leaks. the first is from the turbo oil return line, the second is from the oil pump, and the third i can not figure out.

The car starts smoking a little after it gets warm from oil leaking onto the down pipe. Ive cleaned that area up and i can not see any leaks or drain spots. ive also noticed a cv boot is missing above the downpipe. could it be grease thats coming down onto the down pipe

also how much damage could be done without having a cv boot to the trans. how quickly should i have it replaced

Also after the car gets warmed up the idle jumps to about 2,000 rpms. there are no check engine lights

I would replace the boot immediately. Doesn't take long for grit to get in there and chew things up. Chances are all the grease is already drained out of the joint.

Only common thing I can think of for you other oil leak is the center bottom stud on the exhaust manifold. On a 6 bolt, it is tapped into an oil passage and can leak. Pretty sure 2G heads are the same, BUT my apologies, guessing there.

the oil leak is coming from where the cat bolts to the downpipe. its basically at the firewall

I agree with SrKegler on the manifold bolt. Those have been the bane of my existence before... Also I would check to see if your IAC Valve is stuck. The IAC is basically a ECU controlled vacuum leak. When the engine is cold, the ECU uses the IAC to control the amount of incoming air into the mixture at idle. If it is stuck, it will run fine when it's cold when it needs the richer mixture, but when it warms up and the ECU tells the valve to move, it stays where it is, basically creating a vacuum leak and raising the RPM from it.
