Oil leak from 02 housing

Hey guys I just finished my 16g install in my Eclipse and I primed the new turbo by pulling the ENGINE fuse from the box then I cranked the car for like 15 seconds then went and checked for leaks. There was none. I thought good so I primed it again for another 15 seconds then I was ready to start it.
Immediately after I started it I saw smoke off the manifold and I thought this was normal.
then I continued to check all bolts and likes, everything looked good.
suddenly I noticed a lot of smoke in the garage! I then noticed oil dripping from where the 02 housing meets the down pipe.
What could this be from the turbo is brand new. Could the oil return be clogged somehow?
Please help ??

Only two places the oil could come from there, the turbo or the head. If you pull the manifold from the head you can look to see if the runners are wet or dry.
