I have had an oil leak in my 90 laser RS for a few weeks now, it hasnt been anything really all that major, just a few drops here and there after ive been driving for awhile. I was using 10- 20 oil in my car, and lost about a quart and a half over a month, but last week i changed my oil and tried 10-30 to try and combat the leak. Well today i checked my oil after a horrible smeel after driving and my oil barely registered on the dip stick. I added more 10- 30, but I want to get this thing figured out. As far as I can tell the leak is mainly coming from the oil pump from the two points indicated in this picture
However the oil seems to be running down to these points so it may be higher up where the oil is leaking from. I also poured a bit of poil out of the connector of the little wire that is in the picture. I thought the bolts might not be on tight enough on the oil pump so i torqued them up to repair manuel specs at 14 lbs and still it leaks. I also looked all around and cant seem to find anywhere else that has a trace of oil on it so im confident that it is just the oil pump leaking. As for the burning oil thing, sometimes when im stoped at a light, and then go i drive through a bad smell of what smells like burning oil to me, but i never see smoke or anything. This usualy happens after I have been driving my car for a bit. Any suggestions that could be offered would be fantastic. Thanks a lot for reading.

It could be a gasket, pump, anywhere, we need pics of the oil leak it all looks clean. Losing oil somehwere or leaking, could be engine related burning oil.

Yeah I had just wiped it when I decided to post the problem here, I cant find where the oil is coming from I was hoping someone else had a similar problem and knew what was going on. Any simple suggestions or things I should check to fix it?

Cean the whole undercarriage w de-greaser and a pressure washer. Once its clean top off your oil level and run it for a couple of days then get under it and look around.

Also i had a problem on another car losing oil from the spark plug/valve cover gasket. The circle gaskets in-between the valve cover and the spark plug hole. Pull the spark plug wires and wipe your finger in there just to make sure.
