Hey guys,
I have been noticing some oil missing and some spots on the driveway. I think it is the valve cover gasket. Here are some pictures... Am I right?

So maybe the half moon gasket, what I need to know is if I should just replace this or the gasket that goes all the way around? Or both?

The 2nd picture makes me think both.

Thanks,
Tom

To start out, I would degrease the HELL outta that engine bay first. Make sure to cover up any electrical connections first. Don't spray your alternator or other parts directly either. Make sure your engine is cold. Hit up Autozone for a couple bottles of engine degrease, etc...

Make sure you get all of that dirt and grime off first. Once your engine bay is nice and clean, you will see where your oil is leaking.

How many miles are on your car? From the looks of it, you might want to perform some routine maintenance and replace all 7 gaskets which are, (1) half moon gasket, (1) valve cover gasket, (4)spark plug ring gaskets, and add a brand new oil cap gasket onto your oil cap so that you have (2), the newest one sealing the valve cover and the older one on top of it.

Good luck man.

This is my daily driver and I just need to stop the leak, than I will do more maitnence. I have only had the car for two weeks and I was thinking that I was just going to do the valve cover and the half moon to stop the leak. But that would be the source of the leak right?

After I spray it down with degrease, spray it down with the hose?

just go to napa(or any local parts stores) and order a vc gasket kit. I like napa gaskets(victor reinz). It will come with vc gasket, sp well gaskets, and half moons. As mentioned before pick up a oil filler cap as well. That will seal up all of your top end leaks(that I can see from your pics). As far as the engine degreaser, get some foamy engine cleaner, and spray down everything you see, just keep away from electronics. I let it sit on there for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with a hose. It is amazing how clean the engine bay looks when done.
