I want to add a off/on switch for my AC fan so I can turn it off and on whenever I want to. I got an off-on metal toggle switch and it has two connections, one to accessory and one to battery. I know you are suppose to connect them to two of the four wires that directly connects to the AC fan but I don't have the manual for the car so I don't know which ones. Does anyone know which of the four they connect to. I can experiment but would rather know for sure. Thanks.

Does your AC still blow cool air? Do you want AC in your car? If not, I'd just chop the belt to the AC compressor. Even without the compressor engaged, the ac fan will still turn on when the switch is set to ON.

what i did on my last car is i wired them the two fans together and put them both on a switch that i would run constant but left previous connections so if i forgot it would kick on by itself it was nice for the track. i wouldn't have to run car to have them on or deal with ice. there are 4 wires in the harness i don't remember the colors but i do remember there are 2 18 or 20 gauge wires and there are 2 12 or 14 gauge wires. and from what i remember the pos and neg are easily distinguishable. i ran battery to in-line fuse to switch to fan/then grounded fan to chassis

I have AC and still want AC. I also want to add a off/on switch to the AC fan so I can also turn it on whenever I want without having to us AC. From reading other post,

Condensor
Pin1 Blue - LO
Pin2 Black - GROUND
Pin3 Blue/White - HI
Pin4 Blue/Black - GROUND

The switch has a connection to accessory and ground. Connect ground to pin2 balck, does accessory go to pin3 Blue/White and I should be able to turn the fan on whenever I want right?

if you pull back a tad of the two thick wires you should be able to test with a some wire battery + to one and - to the other if the fan kicks on wire it like i said but make sure you splice in and not cut and switch.
