OEM upholstery

This might be directed at @Widgmaster. I'm potentially looking to either recover my seats or make a set of aftermarket/other seats match OEM. Is there any possible way this can happen? 2gb Talon FTW.

I recently took my 1G oem seats to an automotive upholstery guy and he was able to find a match for color and style that matched oem almost perfectly. They came out great, I think any competent upholstery shop should be able to recover the seats.

Still might be able to find something close, his books to choose from were pretty large.

Which seats do you have? I know most of the cloth 2G seats have an intricate geometrical pattern. I haven't seen the exact material reproduced. You might have to find something "close enough" or just find some OE seats in better shape than yours. I have access to some beige geometrical seats with no rips or tears if that's what you need. The bluish grey are hard to come by. Unfortunately I let a car go that had those or else I'd sell them to you.

yeah it's the geometric black stripe thing. Like this only in beige

actually mine are pretty good. Drivers has one small tear I think can be fixed. What I'm actually wanting to do is recover a set of seats from an older lancer ralliart to match OEM. My son has a 2006 lancer ralliart and I bought a set of identical seats. They way more supportive than DSM but not so racecar like as EVO. Win win for my old ass.
