Ok I've had this strange problem with my car ever since I installed the ACT 2600. Its a little hard to explain but I will do my best.
Right after the clutch install, the clutch engagement point changed alot, going from way too low to way way too high, sometimes after just sitting for a few hours. I adjusted the clutch to where it was good and the engagement point stopped moving but after a summer of normal driving, the engagement started to get a little high. I adjusted it again and it was better than ever. After a few weeks of sitting, the clutch has absolutly no pedal pressure at all. You could only feel that there was a clutch there at the very bottom of the pedal travel. I tried pumping the pedal a few times to get some pressure built up and that worked. The pedal pressure came back to normal after the car was driven for about 20 minutes. So now, after the car sat for a few more weeks, pumping the pedal doesnt even work. I checked for leaks or low fluid and everything is fine. The little fluid accumulator thingy is still there and someone suggested that it be removed. There are no signs of crankwalk and the clutch has at most 6000 miles on it. Does anyone know how to fix this? This one has me stumped. Thanks

Im pretty sure the clutch was set up correctly. Also, there are no obvious leaks at the master or the slave cylinder. Any more ideas?

Just because the leaks arent obvious doesnt mean they arent there. Did you actually check it out, or just look at it and not see anything? Mine leaks pretty bad, but you'd never know it unless you pull the rubber sleeve back and actually look.
