Just installed the three piece OBX pulley kit and wanted to do a quick review and probably answer some questions. The pulleys seem to be decent quality and weigh a lot less then the stock ones. They are the same diameter as the stock pulleys. As far as looks go they are very clean and stand out.
Now for the not so fun part...... the install. First the water pump pulley needed holes drilled for the four bolts. That wasn't a big deal and the seller told me this before the order processed. The hard part was the OBX pulley is one piece and the stock one is two pieces. There is only about a half inch from the front of the pulley to the wheel well.
To get the pulley in I had to remove the drivers side motor mount and the front motor mount, also had to take the bolt out of the passenger side mount, back one I didn't have to touch thankfully. You may be able to get away with just the drivers side and front mount as I have all four avid racing motor mounts that are very stiff! Had to jack the engine up as high as it would go and use a pry bar to pull the engine toward the passenger side while putting the pulley on. The other two pulleys went on with no problems.
That's all the info I could think of to give on these but if you have any questions let me know. All things considered it is not a bad kit for the price and would buy it again. Just remember your next water pump job is going to take a little longer with the one piece pulley.
