Well first off, the housing and wiring just came off my o2 sensor this week (like it was burnt or something) and as I was installing the new sensor, I noticed something.

This hasn't been a problem until recently....but I've got the Megan Racing header from ebay and though it works good, the bung that holds my o2 sensor in the header barely (and I mean barely) clears one of my cooling fans. To the point where I had some serious trouble installing a new o2 sensor. Is this normal on all headers for the 420A? Or in this case did I really get what I paid for?

Any help appreciated guys...

Edit: Looking at the other headers for my car such as OBX, Tsudo all the way up to Greddy, the o2 sensor bung looks to be located farther down the header, unlike mine, which is right in front of the radiator.

Oh yeah....and the threads on the o2 sensor bung are now stripped. :sosad:

I had no clearance problems at all with my tsudo headers, but that just might be because I don't have a fan on the passenger side of my car
