o2 housing nut

I went out driving last and all of the sudden my car just became VERY LOUD. I pulled over and to my suprise my exhaust was no longer connected to the o2 housing. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get new nuts (thats not a Mitsu dealer) or the size/thread pattern/pitch?

Ace hardware. However, I ussually find that they like to use 13mm and 15mm instead of 12mm and 14mm heads. They still work as well, but it's just annoying.
