this doesnt quite answer my question. but even the punishment one, will they both fit on my stock manifold and be compatible with my turbo?

It has nothing to do with your exhaust manifold. It bolts on to your turbo's turbine housing. I have a spare ebay ( the same as in your link) o2 housing and a t25 turbine housing and yes everything appears to line up. The 02 housing has a 2 1/2 outlet which is bigger than the outlet on the stock downpipe. If your keeping the stock downpipe, I wouldn't bother messing with the o2 housing. Also as previously stated, do NOT order from dsm graveyard.

okay good to know, I have a different an after market downpipe that is 2.75 inlet. Im thinking of getting the Punishment O2 housing since it seems to have a good rep. but where can i get it at the best price?

The best price would likely be found on the classifieds section of this forum. Other then the classified for a used one, directly from the vendor, or extremepsi. I am sure either would price match if you found it cheaper somewhere else. Make sure to factor in getting new exhaust gaskets and possibly new o2 to turbine housing bolts in case you encounter any troubles taking the old stuff off. Nickel-based anti-seize works great for the o2 housing bolts and the o2 sensor threads.
