NX wet kit really that hard to install?

i was reading the manual for a stage 1 kit and wow its alot of work i wouldve expcted it to be easier


any writeups on this

You know what, the instructions make it sound alot more complex that it really is. Just take your time and read the instructions a few more times. Maybe test-fit parts together in you home first.

I was expecting it to be alot more difficult than it was once i got down to the actual work. If you have any specific questions just PM me or ask in this forum.

I would say the most difficult part for me was finding places for me to mount the solenoids. Let me know if you need help.

well for the solenoids i was thinking of mounting it where my breather is on my CAI which is about 6-7 inches from the TB

My friend has a NX kit for his car. He says it's not all that hard and only took him 45 min to and hour to do

Expect to spend 6 or so hours on the install if you want something that looks good and is perminant in your car. The wiring part was the most tedious for me because of running wires inside and out of the car plus making it all look good. You don't want it looking like crap and being zip tied to the car.

I could do a ghetto install (but still nto bad) in one hour but you would want to go back over it and double check everythign and wrap up the wires etc to make it all look good.

Hell it took me like 4 hours to install my ntercooler after the wiring I messed aroudn with. I used my old fog light switch for it beause it was latched so I could lightly press it to active or just press it to keep the button on solid while going down the track.
