in my opinion its a good investment to go with a better well known brand you might also wanna check out the guys at tekniq auto they make a nice quick release system for their own steering wheel styles as well as momo/sparco style hub I have their sytem on my eclipse gs along with one of their steering wheels and shift knob and boot http://www.tekniqauto.com/US/steeringquickrelease.htm

The NRG ones are extremely nice. All I've heard are positive things about NRG products, and will be adding a lot of them to my own car. I've had a knockoff hub, it was pretty crappy. Just remember that you need a NRG slim hub regardless if you plan on using the quick release. You'll need both parts regardless of maker.

Well I didnt have it on my car for that reason cause thats just dumb. That was one of many theft deterants I had to have on my car to prevent it from getting stolen. Livin in the bronx sucks. Too many haters had to have an alarm, removable steering wheel, chapman hood lock/starter kill, and the damn club for the brake pedal

*Note to self... Do not, under any circumstances, move to the Bronx.*
