Fuel Injector Clinic (FIC) is currently searching for an Internet Sales and Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a motivated and energetic fast car enthusiast who knows the world of online and traditional sales and marketing to help fuel growth at Fuel Injector Clinic.
If you build it, they will come – but only if they know about it. Fuel Injector Clinic is currently utilizing Forums, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs (WordPress), e-mail marketing and online public relations to talk with our current customers and attract new ones. The issue: too many channels, not enough hours. In addition to using traditional methods, like the good 'ole telephone, to communicate with existing and potential customers, the Internet Sales and Marketing Specialist will use many of our existing iChannels to communicate with customers and develop new business.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist also will represent Fuel Injector Clinic at trade shows and related racing events, where most face-to-face communication will take place.
Responsibilities:
– Selling Injectors – Increasing FIC's customer base and sales and creating opportunities to expand our products into new markets through Internet marketing and a variety of traditional sales and marketing activities. (Primarily B2B, with some B2C.)
– Creating a Buzz – Leverage our loyal following and drive results by creating and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to reinforce our place as the premium brand in our existing markets.
– Attending Trade Shows and Related Racing Events – Regularly coordinate and attend regional and national trade shows and racing/shootout events to support Fuel Injector Clinic's marketing and sales efforts in the industry.
– Following through with soon-to-be-dealers and existing dealers – Regularly analyzing customer data to ensure excellent customer service and marketing improvements. This means database coordination and maintenance required.
Job Qualifications:
– Knowledge of and a passion for cars required.
– Experience in and/or knowledge of Forum and Internet sales.
– Excellent telephone and follow through skills. Strong phone SALES a plus. Will make occasional in-person sales calls as well (10% of time).
– Excellent writing and grammar skills.
– Strong working knowledge of Excel a plus.
– Passion for providing outstanding service.
– Ability to take action and self start.
– Desire to create results and accomplish goals.
– Skills at connecting with new people.
– Great attitude with high-energy personality.
– Outstanding customer service, work ethic, teamwork, discipline, communication skills, and initiative.
– College degree preferred.
– Two years related experience preferred.
– Preference will be given to those with automotive aftermarket (fuel injection systems) experience.
