on the next/4th session, cooling system got too hot and red light came on after only 5 laps. It was sunny and 75 deg in Jan! I slowed and was glad to see the coolant temp gauge dropping as expected. In the paddock, engine bay looked ok aside from a little coolant spray. Thankfully i drove home w/o incident. My talon had the same problem at thunderhill on a hot day: the coolant temp gauge almost maxed out so i left early.

earlier in the day i had to fix a hanger for the stupid heavy 45 lb stock exhaust. And good thing i brought a spare rotor to the track! this was a cheap/generic rotor, maybe a lemon. i tracked it multiple days i think w/o issue, and it wasn't near the min thickness. front, hawk ht14 pads

Nice driving line there man. What group were you running in?

I've never driven that track in reverse, looks fun. Can't wait to run at Thunderhill again... which might happen as early as a year from now :D

Thanks, I was in A group but ran once in b (car repair delay). Reverse/cw is fun too.
