No Speedometer or Heater

Had the ECU changed out, car runs great now but I have no speedometer, just the speedo tach everything else works. It was an ecu from the same year car, both 420a 5speeds.
Also my heater doesnt turn on at any speed. This was like this since I bought it but what piece should i be looking at since i get no power at all from it?

I doubt the 2 are related. First I would tap on the blower motor and see if it comes on. I'm not sure what you meant when you said speedo and tach. Check the speed sensor wiring and speed sensor(If you have a scanner with data)If your speedometer is INOP. I have a spare speed sensor you can have for the cost of shipping.

I'll dig through it tomorrow and check the plug. To make it easy only my speedometer doesnt work, the rpm gauge, etc. all does. Thanks for the advice!
