No power with cold engine.

Hi. When my engine is cold and its cold outside it runs badly, it has no power at all. I know that you dont push a cold engine, but im having problems reaching 60kmh. When the engine is hot it runs like a dream... Why?

possibly the temp sending unit a.k.a. cold start sensor. Other than that check for boost leaks at throttle body shaft seals. Maybe they dont seal cold but do once they warm up.

the temp sending unit sends a signal to the ecu . the ecu is programed to run at different engine temps by adjusting air fuel ratio.

Check your vacuum lines, including if you have a boost controller...check and make sure the lines aren't hooked up backwards.
