My car will crank without starting. The FPR says its @ 40psi but the spark plugs don't have any gas on them.

I had a bolt lodge into my CPS and shut my car down when it got lodged into the CPS plate. I replaced the plate and the CPS.

Is there a setting in ECM or a certain way to reset it
