ECUflash No connection. Everything is working(I think)

I'm running Windows 10. I have experience with ecuflash prior to this with a shop I used to work at. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers multiple times. I've moved the usb around to different ports, I've tried turning the ignition on exactly when I hit initialize, nothing. It will not connect. I've also checked the OBD2 port with a code reader, it worked for that. Any other suggestions? I'm happy to try anything.

You need to install the driver before you ever plug the cable in for the first time, if you didn't you might have a mess.

I did. Installed everything inside, then went out to my car to plugged the cable up. I'll post a screenshot.
