no cel, misses, no start, has fuel/spark

:thumbdown Ok, I just put a test pipe in and before this everything was absolutley fine, it idled correctly, and pulled correctly then we put the test pipe it started to idle at around 1200rpm or around there, and it misses at idle, and it also seems "jerky" at about 1/4 throttle goin down the road and as soon as i would give it more throttle it would go away, it also never threw a cel. So i figured i would try and take the neg. battery cable off for a few minutes and reset the ecu. When I put the neg. cable back on I went to start the car and it just cranks, doesn't want to fire. And what blows my mind is that it is getting spark and fuel. The engine isn't making any odd/ bad noises. Please help this sucks I'm going to go crazy! Thanks for the input. -Matt
 
no Air Flow modifying device?

Your car ran good with 550's and NO SAFC?

Clean your fuel filter, or replace it.

Pull your spark plugs and inspect them.

Inspect your wires.

I'd hate to mention that its possible it jumped time, when a 4G63 jumps time...it won't start afterwards, cause there is a real good chance it bent either the I/E valves.

Hate to be the barer of bad news.....but replacing a Catalytic Convertor with a Test Pipe doesn't cause a No Start problem.

the 550s arent installed yet, because i dont have my safc installed either, and i know taking the cat out shouldnt make it not start, but i reset the ecu and it stopped starting, and also cylinder 3's wire is pretty corroded, but that shouldnt cause a no start. the plugs are also new. By the way the body/ electronics has around 214k on them heh, so that may be a part of it, the engine its self has around 30k on a rebuild, it has the original coil pack, ptr, and ecu. i checked the ecu and it looks just fine, doesnt smell burnt and the caps arent leaking.
