No boost after 5 psi

Check for boost leaks. Mine was doing the same thing and my manifold had a crack

Do you have anymore mods done to your car not listed in your profile. If no, then I would start checking for boost leaks (including the exhaust for leaks before the turbo) and check compression.

Ok found a cupuling on the intercooling pipe got a whole in it ......

Yep, that'll do it.
Fix the hole and do another test. Check vacuum lines, injector seals, TB seals, rest of the couplers, TB shaft seals, etc.

ya everything good now went to Pepboys and got a coupling and put it on work fine again but it was too big so i had to put the old one inside of the new one it fit perfect inside of it and went on great.

Consider this a half-assed repair that should only be temporary. Stacking couplers is asking for trouble.

The piping on a 1G is roughly 1-7/8". Go back to the parts store, buy a straight piece of 1-7/8" straight water hose and fix it properly. It should be sold by the foot, and will cost around $8 per foot. If your parts store doesn't have this hose, find another parts store.
