According to your profile, you are still running stock 14b, right? They wont do you any good unless you are running 18psi or more with it. I ran the 6es's with a 16g@20 psi and didnt see any gain going to the 7es's, but not all cars are the same as mine. As a general rule of thumb, the 7's are too cold for anything les than 18psi.
 
Your biggest problem would be you're plugs are not geting hot enough to clean themselves off and they start to foul. I would stay with a hotter plug for now like the 6ES.
 
BPR7ES plugs and im only running 13lbs of boost...but i must say the longer i drive my car the better idle quality is...and the better it feels....startup idle is a little rough but thats mostly due to my prothane inserts...but im not gonna change em out...better safe then sorry if u know wut i mean :sneaky:
 
what im asking though is it going to hurt the preformance of my car???? cause i need new plugs anyways and i have these... i dont really feal like ordering out for new ones???

No, they won't hurt the performance of your car unless they foul.

What do you imagine you're "safe" from?
The car's proving to you you're running the wrong plugs. Go back to sixes. :confused:
 
shitty idle quality was from the worn pcv valve i just changed this weekend...car idles like a champ now...for a 3.00 part that i didnt even think needed to be changed as of yet. A colder plug is less prone to detonation which is great for people who are running higher then avg. boost. :thumb:
