newbie question on mbc and boostgauge

o.k. ive done a search and cant find any pics of process done on a 1g car.so heres my question.my line comming off the waste gate has a 't' in it that goes to something under the air can with some wires running out of it . i take it this is the bcs.so to install my mbc i need to put the 't' that came with my mbc in the blow off vaulve line and run it to my mbc then out of my mbc to the waste gate.then plug the line that was on my waste gate to start off with . then for my boost gauge just run the line to the "p" marked hose on my intake.I've only had this car for a month and never messed with turbos before.thanks for the help.also the person who own the car before me has cut the two lines from the intake marked "P" and "E" and crimp them shut with zip ties anyone know why and if i should fix them.thanks again
