new wires?

i think my car has a misfiring or some sort. in idle i hear the sound of my exhaust go put,put,put,put,put,...,put,put,put,put,put like the stop of rythem for like 1/2 a second also my plugs are 5 months old bpr7es kinda yellowish when i checked them the other day plugs also has a little bit of oil on the threads.should i get new wires such as bosch

Does not sound like your wires are toast if they are that new. Did you check to make sure your gap was correct? Is this only on startup or everytime you idle?
BTW I dislike bosch because they are 2 peices glued together and have a tendency to break apart after driving because the heat of the engine melting the glue. Thanks god for lifetime warranty cause I have gone through 2 pairs in 6 mo. NGK all the way

Usually bad wires will show themselves under wot more so then at idle. Does the car break up under acceleration?
