Looks good. I like the new ones better simply b/c a lot of people have 2gb's w/ gunmetal/black rims w/ polished lip and its getting to be an abundance of them.

I was getting tired of the whole black on black thing too. I've had my car that way for the past year, Lol. I wanted a little more bling factor. Haha. I got a deal on these rims too.

I sold my Rota Attacks a while ago. Sorry fellas!

And I am sticking with black.

whatsup man.. u know what.. a few months ago i would probably say the old rims were better.. but i feel ya.. im tired of the black/polished thing.. everyone wants to do it, and in my case everyone wants to get the exact same rims.. which i hate because i feel rims are one of the few things that gives a 2g and perhaps even a 1g dsm its originality because of the ever so popular STOCK look.. rims will come down to the only thing that will set us apart.. thus my very hard and long research when i was picking my rims.. no one had it, but a bunch want it now.. when that happens u know you picked the right set..

in your case.. i dig the change.. its new and uncommon.. but in a good way.. start the trend.. or be the few uncommon.. i like the rims, good choice, and it helps you got a clean black car

i have a set in mind also that i want to get to get out of the whole black/polished thing.. i still remember when i knew what i wanted.. no one wanted the black/polished theme.. and only a few did it.. oh how the times have changed.. but yea just like u.. ill just bust em out one day and be liek surprise! haha.. and get the many PMs of asking what rims they are and telling them some bogus name

classic man.. You got me laughing about PMing bogus rim names. Yea, it is beginning to become too common. I've been following the progress of you car and I see where you're coming from.

I chose these rims mainly because I have never seen them on any DSM before. Thanks for the props, mang.
