The car had a bad idle so i replaced the TB. Now idles at 1600 and runs 9.5:1. I have read about TPS adjustment and BISS(is fully screwed in) and well and throttle cable. I will look into that after your guys input.
What i am wondering is if the 0012 code is affecting the mixture. I went ahead and replaced the maf with no results.
Any input is heloful. Thanks

Yes the code 12 will cause A/F ratio problems. Fix the MAF issue first, then you'll have to properly set up your new TB. Don't overlook coolant lines, they are to warm the FIAV, and don't screw the idle switch in too deep, it's also the throttle stop.

I did replace the maf with a known good one. And the screw is all the way in to lower idle...
