LOL told you so!! good job selling the "ohh so rare" 99 black leathers:applause:..(been looking for a set myslef for about a year, with no luck..) maybe if you give steve a good ol OMG forward-back-motion, he'll sell em back to you! ROFL j.k

Haha he won't I didn't know the black leather was as rare as everyone says they are. To late now LOL I still have steves gray leather seats I'm gonna throw those back in for a while if I can't get the sparcos to sit in better.

I bet they will hold you better in your seat on turns. I have the Tan Leather seats. Worse case scenario is that you sell them and you just get your stock set reupholstered in black.

Go grab whatever color leather seats you can find and reupholster them. I don't want to bash, but the blue throws everything off. Either that or trade the seats for something else. I'm sure someone will snag them. That or drop the bills and get a better set of brackets.

I think I like Sparco's the least of all the reputable aftermarket seat manufacturers out there. Based on looks only.

The black leather is really good looking but hey at least you came out ahead money wise, right?

God I would hate to think of my seat setting any higher. I have the stearing wheel all the way up and the seat all the way down and still fit snuggly in there. I have the power drivers seat and I think I will be stealing my friends Recaro's if he never gets them outta my shop and fabbing up mount brackets that have them setting on the floor

i like the all black leather myself.

if this is a daily driver, i would have kept that setup, it just looks very sleek and luxurious despite them not holding you in as good as those sparcos.

however, if this is a constantly tracked vehicle, then i see the point in sparcos.

also another reason i dont like aftermarket is as may have already mentioned the mounting position is altered so off than stock--usually being more high.

it does not seem like there has been any brackets that come close to make aftermarket seats mount like stock.. some may mention wedge engineering, which are all custom made for the vehicle, dont know if anyone has ever given specs on them though if they raise the seating position.

i'm not big on leathers in the cold or hot. Going to jump in my car when its 20 degrees out the leather so dang cold! and same for the hot summer days! I am looking into sparco corsa's, expensive yes but i plan on taking my car to the track alot this summer! looks good though!

I would love to throw some Recaros in my car. But I would like them to have some type of adjustable lumbar support. My 2g seats do and the still are uncomfortable in the lower back area.

My saturn seats I thought suck. I prefer the cheap cloth not adjustable saturn seats to my leather electric 2g seats with lumbar support. The saturn seats dont even have the lumbar thing and still give me better lowerback support.
