A GUY TOLD ME IT SOUNDS TO HIM LIKE THE BALANCE SHAFT REMOVAL WAS DONE IMPROPERLY. sOME THING ABOUT A GEAR OR BEARING WAS NOT TIGHTENED ALL THE WAY. ANYONE HEARD OF THIS BEFORE?

If you did not use threadlock and torque the stubbyshaft to the little oil pump gear then you sir are gona have issues. This is likely what the mechanic was talking about, I have seen this topic come up a few times between the dsm boards.

If you are talking about really low oil pressure then you did not block off the front BS shaft bearings correctly, the rear bearings are oiled via the balanceshaft itself.
