Seriously, there is a little loss from the added weight but overall yes it makes it faster. 3000lb car with 500hp engine + another 500hp engine = 3400lb car with 1000hp.

That was the dual engine concept. One 4g63 drives the front tires and the second 4g63 drives the rear tires. Obviously it never made it past the drawing board.

-CPR-

So I came home yesterday afternoon after getting off of work and taking a swim (bad idea) and my friend is sitting in my living room playing Forza.(Yes, he has access. xD)

Anyway.. I sit down and start watching him driving his Datsun and talking in his Engrish voice when I look down at the table and see something odd.

I reach down, pick up this toy car... low and behold Twin 4G63. ZOMG. So I start looking it over and turns out he was getting a few drinks at a local store and saw it hanging by a color changing Evo and decided to get it for me because he knows I enjoy DSMs.

Weeelllll.. xD I thought I'd come here and share it, but it looks like there's a thread. From what I could find, it was something Mitsu was thinking about trying and just hasn't? Be honest... if we can cool the Veyron, we can cool one of these.

But just imagine upgrading the engines... you'd have to do each one the exact same at the same time. =/

Nice friend you got there. The twin-engine talon is real though. I've seen it twice at MOD. Saw/heard the owner launch it, too. Mitsu probably just got the idea from the guy in their parking lot with a twin-engine DSM.

;P He's a good guy. If not for him and his McGuyver skills... my car would STILL not run.

But god... I just can't imagine having a twin engine 4G63.

Why don't they just dual it up into a V8 and call it the 8G126? xD

>;3 We DSMers like it rough. You should know that.

Just think of the love... Dear God..it'd be like Mitsubishis' Answer to the Titan Supra. xD
