New ISC bad Idle

Just replaced my old brown IAC with a new black one and the car is still idleing inconsistently, any ideas? I was thinking adjusting the biss screw a bit bc the car idles from 1000-1100

set base idle by grounding the connector under the hood or if you have link do it that way. If you idle at 1000 grounded you have a vac leak

boost leak test. any unmetered air in the system will cause idle issues. and the iac does need to be grounded out to reset it as said above

Where does it idle if you unplug the iac?

Sounds like the throttle body needs a rebuild along with a fiav blockoff.
