New headlamps

I have a 92 Talon and the headlamps are fogged out. Is there any thing I can do to clean them up or should I replace them? Where can I get replacements? Also, does anyone make blacked out replacements or do I need to customize a set? Sorry if these questions have been answered before but I searched and didn't find anything. Also, I am trying to get my profile rating out of newbie. Lol

wet sand with 2000grit and take rubbing compound and a buffer to them

Brasso under 4 bux at home depot..Use 2 socks and buff out the yellow with the brassoo..Works great..

turtle wax headlight cleaner from wal-mart. works like a charm
