hey first time rebuilding my motor and i was just wondering if a 7bolt 94 talontsi awd head would fit on my 6bolt 91 eclipse fwd block? thanks and how many times can arp studs be used?

It will fit, ARPs can be reused; if they're on their 3rd or higher install, I'd say measure them just to be safe.
