New Exaust for my 92 Talon

I just got my new exhaust put on! I had it custom made. I bought a pacesetter header, ported it out a little with a dremel (cleaned up the weld slop). Then I sandblasted it, and painted it with Hot Paint. Then cooked it. I also bought a Fireball Muffler. Well I had him run nothin but the header, 2.5" pipe, and the muffler. Its loud as hell. I had that silencer in and it sounded like a pissed off bumble bee. With it out, it sounds like a 4 banger truck with no muffler, and then when I get on it, it sounds mean, nice deep roar. But that thing screams! Pretty cool. Anyway, i live in kansas. I was wondering where it is illegal to have the cat removed?

As long as no one finds out, everywhere.

But the law states you have to have one no matter where you live in the US.
