New act 2100 clutch install do i need a throw out bearing

Just like the title says do i need a new throw out bearing. Also what is the bearing used for.

Yes it is wise to replace it, its the peice thats connected to the release fork and pushes against the pressure plate when you push down the clutch pedal.

yea i would get one because when i got my ACT in i didn't and it squeaks like hell sometimes when the clutch isnt depressed
