New 16g installed...but problem...help!

Hey everyone, I just got done installing a new EVO III 16g and MBC on my 2g eclipse. I took it out this afternoon with the boost turned pretty far down and got on the throttle only to have the turbo spool to about 6 or 7 psi and then the car starts bucking violently...I am trying to narrow down what could be the cause of this problem...I have all stock fuel parts (which makes me think it might be fuel cut) a stock exhaust and an aftermarket filter...i;m sure this has been posted already but does anyone have any suggestions?

At what rpm does this start? Are you at wot when this happens, or part throttle?

It starts around 4500 rpm but it only does it if i push the gas enough to boost past 7-8 psi...it starts to do it basically anything past half open throttle...if that helps at all

You have a boost leak, Simple as that.
