needed my car towed home and this is what i get

so my battery took a shit on me and i needed the car towed about 2 min to my house and the guy was in a hurry and rushed my car onto the truck and messed everything up i told him to slow down but he said he didnt need a smartass 20 year old kid telling him how to do his job so guess whos not paying for the damage

he said oops and i said im not ####ing paying for all this i told him to leave my f ing property and i said i might be 20 but i know a hell of a lot more then you do obviously about towing or working on cars and i said his shop will be getting a phone call in the morning with a complaint and an organized bill of what i need and how much everything is
 
As soon as he called you a smart ass you should have told him to #### off and your calling another tow truck campany.
 
well by that time he had the straps on and was about to pull it up thats why i said slow down cause i knew they werent in the right place obviously look at my car LOL

Not totally sure but it seems to me that the tow truck drivers company would be responsible for the cost of repair...
 
yes they are going to be repsonsable because he didnt make me sign any waiver or anything so its all on them
 
That's good. Sounds like a real moron, this is probably a guy that would tow an AWD on a hook
 
i have the paper saying he towed it to my place from the other place how much it cost distance his name all that shit
 
ohh there covering ill fight the hell out of it if they dont i mean look at my car might not seem bad but to me its a lack of respect and not doing your job right if other people dont do there jobs right from day to day there could be bad consequences and just because he tows cars doesnt mean he can just f off and not care
 
I'd be pissed too if he ripped my intercooler pipes off. ROFL

But in all seriousness, good luck getting it fixed. Tow companies can be a pain to deal with in the situation, as they will want you to prove that they did the damage, and it didn't happen prior to, or after the tow.
 
well sucks for them cause i litteraly took pics on my iphone and put them on my facebook a few min before that and its timestamped LOL and yea the ic pipes thing hahahaha my buddy is making me new pipes we just kinda half assed the old ones so thats why they arnt there
 
Why would you even bother getting a tow for just a couple minutes? Why not just replace or jump the battery? I do whatever I can on the roadside to avoid a tow. DSMs do suck to get towed though, no damn hooks anywhere and it's even worse when you're lowered and have a fmic. Sucks man, good luck getting it fixed.

Try getting a dumped VR4 on the trailer.....NOT happening unless I get under the car and raise the coils 3"
 
uhh sorry guys i didnt feel like working on my car late last night in the rain when i though towing it home to my garage 2 min away would be a good idea and when no place was open to go get the parts i wanted i didnt think it would turn into this if i knew this was going to happen you think i would do it?

OMFG I hate people like that. What a jackass. I bet he does everything in his life half-assed. Sorry for the rant, but people like that really suck and the rest of us that are conscientious end up paying for their worthlessness.

Make sure to get a quality body shop to give you a quote for the repairs. Get the money from the towing company and then do it all yourself. I call that the PITA fee. :thumb: Maybe he'll listen next time, but I doubt it. You can't fix stupid.
 
i know how it goes man. i hate when other people screw up someones car. worst feeling ever.

my mom recently got new cabinets and an island at her house. i was keeping my gst in the garage until i could fix the leaky top. i stop by a couple days later and see the side of my car is all dented up. it looks terrible and it is obvious they did it because the dents look like perfect lines like corners of something hit it.

admittedly, there were some small dings in the door already that i didnt plan on getting fixed, but now that these new ones are here, they all gotta be fixed if that side is going to be repainted from the damage. ughh.

gotta call them today, lets hope they own up to their mistakes because they had to have known they slammed into the car multiple times.
