Need Urgent Help With Auto tranny removal

Hey guys im in the middle of removing my tranny but ive run into a problem. I need to remove the three bolts that are holding the torque converter plate in the tranny. The screws are as think as a quarter and the tranny keeps rotating. Should i just jam screw driver in to hold it from moving? Any help would be good at this point

thats exactly what I have always done just make sure u dont jam it somewhere it not suspose to be and mess something up

Well just to update found a simple solution. When to Canadian tire bought a cordless impact gun they have on sale now from $250 Can to $150 Mastercraft maximum whatever. Got all three bolts out in about 50seconds and earlier spend almost 2 hours trying to get them out no luck. Good investment!
