Don't trust the SAFC reading of TPS. It will read the min and max voltage of the TPS and "assume" that they correspond to 0% TPS and 100% TPS. So, in other words, the SAFC will always show WOT as 100% even if it's really not. You need to look at the ECU's value for TPS.
You are ok for TPS, as anything that high will "show" the ECU WOT. I'm not sure about the fluctuation...... Normally if it's wrong it will still be stable.
Alright, so far we know that if you lean things out the knock starts to go away, negating that point where you hit fuel cut. So, we can guess that the knock from the 1st log was from being way too rich. Now that you have leaned things out, closer to where it should be, the rich knock dissappeared and fuel cut was delayed for about 1000rpm.
I'm going to advise that you lean it out even further, let's say another 5% across the Hi Throttle map and make another pull.
