I ran my pipe the usual way from the turbo to the driver's side IC inlet. You're right, the IC pipe crosses in front of the DP and could get very hot. I wrapped the first 12" of the DP with a double layer of fiberglass header wrap and it seems to do the trick. I have a silicone coupler right there and there's no sign of excess heat damaging the coupler. I'm thinking of making a sheet metal heat shield for that section of the IC pipe to help. I'm keeping my eye on that spot.gSx_r1der said:Oh and as for doing this, that pipe in front of the engine(in mine at least) sits right next to the downpipe. And all I have to say is wow, that fcking pipe get so god damn hot when I drive cause of the location of the pipe...
