Need some info on 2.3 stroker kits

Couple of questions here....Was the 4G64 a N/T motor? If so would the crank be cast instead of forged? Are the 4G63 turbo cranks forged or otherwise beefed up in any manner? I am really just wondering if a crank from a 4G64 would be any weaker than the 4G63 crank.

i know the 6 bolt 2.4 liter motors' crank are nitrided, just as the 2.0 6 bolt cranks were nitrided. I do not know if this is true of the 7 bolts.
