Lately my car just won't start and I have to end up bump starting it. Like when I turn the key nothing happens. Sometimes I'll turn they key and hold it and after about 3 seconds of holding it it will start. Lately though it's been really bad and I've been having to bump start it alot. If anyone knows what it could be please help. Thanks.

Sounds like a starter problem. Check the batter cables first. Make sure that the inner nut on the positive cable is tight as well as the outter nut.

I read in the mitsubishi repair book that it could be the starter solenoid or the solenoid connencting points. The car still won't start occasionally and when it doesnt I just hear a clicking somewhere in the dash when i push in the clutch.

Give the starter a little love tap with a hammer next time it doesn't start...usually (like most have said) this sounds like bad starter.
