need help timing belt change

Getting around that time to do the first timing belt change. I dont think i want to tackle it myself but what is a good price for a job well done and also what all do i really need for the change? I dont want to take any chance and my car already has 122000 so it over due. also anyone located in Iowa and wants to help out give me a buzz Thanks!!

you have the BS belt changed, the hydrualic tensioner, and the idler pulley changed.

Common practice among DSM tuners only because it leaves no variables of "oh thats why I bent the exhaust valves, the tensioner was outta spec that whole time"

Don't want your old BS belt to break and lay across the main timing belt do ya?

Parts will run ya around $180-200.

55 for TB
35 for BS Belt
45 tensioner
40 idler pully


and grab a manual and you can do it yourself.

So anywhere from $200 up to 6.0 hrs of shop time.

You can do the math. Shops around here get $50 hr.
