Need help choosing a torque converter

I am in need of a torque converter. i was looking at

One is

and the other is

they both said they are for the f4a33 but there isn't one for the w4a33. So, i called but the guy i spoke to did not know either. So, i want to see if anybody on here knows which one to get.

The f4 is for fwd, the w4 is for awd.

right now i dont have enough for the ipt so i was trying go a little cheaper; also i know the f4 is for fwd and w4 is for awd but both says f4 so i didnt know if both works for my car which is a GST or even if one is better then the other. Both of them are price the same.
