Need Help Car Drags Bad

I need your help guyz and girls I have a 93 TSI AWD Automatic I just bought about 2 months ago, I have noticed a very wierd condition that I have nerver seen before. I had the car up on a lift doig some measurements for the new exhaust and when I decided to rotate my tirees at the same time I found that the tires would barely move with all my power even with the car in neutral I have never encountered this before. I need help I cannot fiqure it out any advise.

Well, make sure you consider the fact that you're moving all four wheels, the driveshaft, and some of the transmission internals. Also, you're pressing against the brakes on all four wheels (they usually drag just a LITTLE, even with the brake pedal all the way up).

thanks for that info but I realize all of that already I am not a small guy and I mean I can barely move this dam thing at all and it took me and my uncle all of our power to push the car the other day. I just put new brakes up front and the calipers were fine and the rear seem ok too.

I believe I have read somewhere that you are not supposed to spin the tires when they are off the ground. Messes up the AWD system I think.
