need urgent help! I need my car bad!

Well I had a coolant leak under my cam angle sensor I found out it was my heater hose. well I thought ok good just a hose, so I changed it with a new one. I put it on a few hours later then pop I literally blow this heater hose up. so I though it might be lack of flow. I changed my thermostat to a medium temp one (high temp it stock) and the hose again. I checked my water pump since i had changed it not more than a month or 2 ago.
I went for a cruise and what do you know I busted the same heater hose again. It is the hose that leads to the drivers side line for the heater core. Does anyone know what is going on?

You literally blew the hose up or cut it?

If it is just that the hose is blowing up it isn't rated for the pressure. Your cooling system should reach 13-18 psi depending on your radiator cap.

I have a 13psi pressure release cap and yes the hose literally blew up.

Try a better hose....It shouldn't blow up at all. The only other possibility is that your entire system is clogged and you are only pressurizing that part...but even then the water pump should cavitate eventually.

If you are using a decent hose and not just some strechy stuff try flushing the system.

ok thanks for the help eveyone. I changed every single hose under my hood even vac lines. now it works great. doesnt even go up 1/4 of the way
