I have a real problem I live in TX (bad enough roads) then to further it I live in a part of town that is historic, with brick streets, yes BRICK streets. These are not all smooth like the yellow brick road. the Munchkins could get lost in some of the dips around here.
Anyway when I hit a bump it has a massive effect on my car, Almost like my car is overreacting to it. WTF Kinda like when you push someone with you finger and they fall on the floor.

I have a stock suspension with new CV joints on both sides. and outer tie rods on both sides, the problem existed before either of the replacements.

In dsms on the rear suspension knuckle ther is a bushing @ the top you can see it just over the top of the tire if the vehicle isn't dropped. These wear out and cause the knuckles to move back and forth it don't matter how many strut, upper and lower bars you have if these bushings wear out your whole wheel will be moving a lot more than it should. Also inspect the tie rod ends on the front for grinding or too much free play. Control arm bushings etc. If you get your oil changed at a shop get the full service "free ** point inspection" and tell them you would like all bushings and suspension checked. Check the sway bar end link bushings. If you have a lot of bushings split try to find a complete racing neoprene bushing kit and get those pressed in. If not I can get you the oem part numbers off alldata and you can try to find the individual bushings at your local parts house. They usaully don't stock these and having the part # will greatly increase the possibility of getting the right one ordered. :dsm: :dsm: Sorry I forgot you have new tie rod ends :shhh: :dsm:

Yes, yes, yes. Get you some strut tower bars and some tie rods. About $200 total. If you still aren't happy, buy some good coilovers. :thumb:

thanks for the reply guys yes they are original shocks and springs. Should I jsut replace all four corners at once? or could I get away with just the front???

you could just get all new struts for about $165 on ebay for all four. they are the KYB GR-2. Sure they arent the AGX but if you dont mind a little stiffer ride...they are great for the job. cheap too. Also i believe they are the OEM replacements.

I was just reading about suspension when I searched, I need new springs to time I slow down for a dip and I have my windows down and stereo off I them squeaking like some is getting it on. OMG

Looked into lowering and they said the GR-2s dont do well at ll with lowering and are gone in about 6 months. Anyone know a good shock that is around the same price as the GR-2 and will withstand a drop?? :thumb:
