Need exhaust help with t3/t4 PLEASE!!

Ok i have a t3/t4 sc61 trim and my turbo has a 3" o2 housing on it d/p comes of it. Now i just got a turbo of ebay for a buddy and its different for me , it has a no bolt holes for a o2 housing to bolt up just a big 3" v band clamp so how the heck does this work??? ANy help torwards this is greatly appreciated!! What a bout the o2 sensor?? Tell me about this??? Here is the turbo what it is
