So i bought new 18inch rims and my car needs to be dropped... first of all i'm not sure how much you can lower a car with 18's on it so if someone has experience 18's on their car with it lowered can you give me an approximate on how low i can lower my car? (tire size is 225, 40-18) I heard ground control with koni yellows was a good setup. anyone know how good they are and/or where to buy them? looking to drop my car a good inch. (if possible more) if you look in my profile picture you can see my ride height is stock and doesn't go good with the 18s. I also do plan on taking my car to the track so I need a good suspension! please need advice/tips on buying a suspension. thanks way in advance!

with 18's and a 225/40 combo one inch is your safe bet, any lower and you'd have some clearance issues. Possible but not practical unless you live on a completely flat surface.
