We did a '95 engine swap into a '99 GSX, it doesn't plug in anywhere.
Not sure if it's even needed?

the red one should be the coilpack. not sure what the green one is to but wire colors would help.

the 2 with the red arrows are for the a/c, I just included them because they come out of the same section of the harness.

Just 2 wires, red & green.

I don't have this plug on my '96 Talon, and it's not in the donor '95 Talon either.
It actually fires up & runs, but stumbles/idles pretty badly, then dies after like 15 seconds.
Hoping this might have something to do with it.

well whatever it is.....it's irrelevant.

I found 4 vacuum leaks, purrs like a kitten now :)

Could this be the crank sensor? THe triangle one that is. There is usually a backet that bolts it into the timing belt cover.

It is either the knock sensor or the solenoids for fuel and egr and emissions.

Yep, runs & drives fine.
It's just useless emissions junk on the 97+ that they didn't use on the 95-96. :p
